Do you want to know combat kickboxing? Are you looking for a high-intensity workout that will increase your strength and flexibility while burning fat and teach you self defense? Then combat kickboxing may be for you. Our program is high energy, explosive, exciting and motivating. You will learn all the techniques associated with our cardio class combined with sparring techniques that are used in self-defense or sparring situations. This class will spar each other on occasion to put to the test what we teach!
